Struttura molto bella, super pulita e grande attenzione al cliente. Valentino e la sua compagna sono stati degli ottimi host. Grandi spazi all'esterno per potersi rilassare in tutta tranquillitĂ . Buona la colazione con possibilitĂ di richiedere anche piatti caldi dalla cucina. Bello il salottino con bevande sempre disponibili come the e tisane per rilassarsi con un bel libro dalla libreria. Abbiamo molto apprezzato le bottiglie d'acqua sempre presenti in camera ogni giorno. Ottimo rapporto qualitĂ /prezzo rispetto ai competitors anche per la posizione, la struttura dista circa 10 minuti di macchina da Forte dei Marmi.
Parcheggio piccolo e poco funzionale essendo anche in pendenza.
Consiglio di munirsi di prodotti antizanzare in quanto in alcune ore della giornata sono presenti veramente tante zanzare (in camera sono presenti le zanzariere)

Our lovely hosts Valentino, lorella and Veronique. They welcomed us with so much care and made the perfect breakfasts each morning with fresh fruits, eggs, avocado toast, delicious coffees and they made us reservations at the wonderful must go-to restaurant downstairs.
We loved everything! It’s located in the mountains so even the rooms with no airco (but with fans) were good in terms of temperature! Good protection for the mugs, and even in the hot summer this is a perfect get away that seems to cool down more then the sea area at night!

Herrenhaus in einer parkähnlichen Gartenanlage umgeben von Bergen. Uns hat die Abgeschiedenheit/ Ruhe gefallen.
Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück. Auf Nachfrage haben wir ein Zimmer mit Klimaanlage gegen Aufpreis bekommen, da wir falsch gebucht hatten. Das Personal war überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Für italienische Verhältnisse gutes Frühstück.
Kein Kühlschrank ( konnten bei 37 Grad unsere Getränke nicht kühlen ).
