Super pretty room, very spacious and comfy bed. The rooftop is nice and also a good breakfast. The path to get there is a bit “sketchy” at first site, but that’s just how it is in marrakesh for such a location in the center of the action.

Central location - really authentic - we felt like we experienced the true “old town.”
It’s a world away from western comforts and felt like being in a Harry Potter movie but this was part of the charm
Staff went over and above to make us feel comfortable. They allowed us to leave our luggage after checkout and when we returned exhausted from exploring, allowed us to relax for as long as wanted before arranging for someone to carry our luggage and arrange a taxi for us. 5*

The property was incredible but under complete renovation and all facilities were out of use the top terrace, lounge and swimming pool which was a shock on arrival

No door for the bathroom
Receptionist not very friendly
Location away from the center, can be bothering at night as you have to walk in dark narrow streets.
