We visited boracay rainy season day so we donnot enjoy the white beach near willys rock but the ataff recommended beach the other side, thats the time we enjiy beach. And rest is Fine..

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome with their warm and attentive service. The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed, with the amenities I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay.
The only minor downside was the absence of an elevator, which might be a consideration for guests with heavy luggage or mobility concerns. However, the staff were very helpful and made the experience as smooth as possible.

- it was clean and location was good, 3-4 min walking from D-Mall
- staff was friendly (actually as everywhere else in the Philippines) , they booked our transfer to the airport and answered our questions when we asked for any information
- air condition machine was age-old and extremly loud - you can't even have a normal conversation in the room when it was on.
- there was only one sink, and it was located in the room - one for all - hands washing, teeth brushing, coffee making, etc. No sink available in the bathroom
- bathroom was always overflooded, since shower was not separated from the toillet
- the beds were not comfortable at all and bed sheets were not changed during our 6 nights stay
- the stairs to the upper floor in the room were very steep, dangerous to get down during the night to the toillet
- internet coverage was very poor and only available in some parts of the room
- they requested a deposit of 3000 pesos or the passports (for the case of any damages). Since everything in the room is age-old, everything can get broken at any time - so, they will ask you to pay for their age-old stuff???
