Nice location just outside of town but within easy walking distance. Excellent wifi, very good varied breakfast, set in a green area with tables and chairs, ,and all on the ground floor. The young man who checked me in was polite and helpful and allocated me what looked like a triple-size room for the price of a single. I found this out only when I saw the bill, and appreciated this action very much.
No soundproofing-I heard far too much during the night. The shower fitting fell apart when I tried to fit the shower head into it. Not that it mattered-I just held it up over my head.

Location is in Quiet neighborhood.
Price was good
Room was very small and shower 🚿 head was not working, shower drain not working, with in 5 minutes was a flood water not draining down in shower. Food was old ,water for tea was cold, Room #3 I don't recommend .
People working in the place are nice.
But I will not recommend do to bad plumbing.
