From the second you arrive, you're greeted with a smile. The security staff is nice and made me feel safe. The reception staff are all very welcoming and all overall staff were great! The room is very comfortable and is just like the pictures. The bed was amazing, very comfy pillows and sheets. The upstairs restaurant, pool, and spa area was very nice.
The pool was not clean. The water was somewhat murky, and the pump, filters, and fountains weren't on. And although there is a bar in the hotel, and I asked if beers could be served by the pool, when I went to the pool area they said it wasn't allowed. So, my idea of an afternoon by the pool with a beer after walking the whole day through Old Dhaka was not possible.

Staff very friendly and had room with a view. Supplies e.g. bottled water, tea/coffee, towels restocked every day.
Two bananas and bunch of grapes on arrival. Daily newspaper (in English) pushed under door each morning.
No powerpoint at bedhead, so had to ask for an extension cord to use with my CPAP machine. Also, when the lights were turned out the power to the plug on the desk wall also went off, which prevented my hearing aids from being charged overnight so had to sleep with the lights on.

3 Man And 1 lady were coming for my meeting, one of them was a woman. They Receaption thought that the woman was my wife and gave her permission to stay in my room. Later, when my wife came, they told me that she cannot stay in this room and you will have to take a new room. Later, I had to take a new room. That night, there were 2 rooms booked in my name. I have stayed in many hotels in the world in my life but I have never seen such a law anywhere. This is a kind of forced sale of rooms.
Was good but room is small and air-condition is not make cool give just air but not cool.
