This is a very nice place to stay. Just on the outskirts of the south side of the city . Very easy to locate just off the ring road and 5 min walk if that to large supermarket .
The grounds of the villa are beautiful and very carefully tended . Our apartment was right next to the extensive patio and very big pool area .
The 3 room apartment itself is very comfortable and equipped for self catering - kitchen/diner , large ensuite shower room and good sized bedroom with large comfy bed and good aircon .
Our welcome on arrival by Georgina was excellent and she and the other staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful .
If you fancy a trip to the beach as well as city sightseeing San Cataldo - about 15 k anti clockwise. Round the ring road then off at junc 7A is a nice little resort. The beach to the right of the town centre is busier the one to the left and behind the dunes is less crowded and we found easier to park .
We really enjoyed 3 nights here Great price for the quality offered. Highly recommended .

Genoten van het ruime zwembad, de vriendelijke honden, de aardige tuinman, de aardige eigenaar, de ruime woonkamer met pooltafel, parkeerplek bij de locatie, een Conad supermarkt om de hoek, de grote mediterrane tuin met fruitbomen, fijn om ‘s ochtends even doorheen te wandelen, en we hadden een binnenplaatsje bij de locatie, ook fijn om daar de dag te beginnen met een koffietje en boek :)
Er is geen airconditioning in de slaapkamer. Met de zomerse Italiaanse temperaturen van circa 30 graden in de avonden is dat toch wel een beetje afzien.

The staff were friendly and helpful
The bedbugs were the final disaster after having been very misled by the image of the villa. This is not where we stayed.
