Great location, rooms were lovely and clean, stocked with everything needed for a good night's rest close to the central station. Very friendly and helpful staff both in person and on the phone.
Very grateful for the friendly contact with the staff. It was only a little unnerving to be asked to make a bank transfer in order to ensure late check in..... sniffs of a scam. Luckily it wasn't but maybe include the city tax as part of the fee so guests can make one payment THROUGH the app?

Clean and renovated room with reasonable price.
The first issue was the location of the hotel. It was on a street surrounded by several sex shops, and throughout the night there were cars and intoxicated people passing by, often shouting. Several times during the night, I was woken up by people banging loudly on the hotel door.The second issue was the air conditioning. It was set to turn off automatically after one hour, which unfortunately meant that I woke up several times during the night because of the heat and had to turn it back on.
These two issues were quite disturbing and negatively affected the quality of my sleep and overall stay
