The staff couldn't do enough to help you. The breakfast was superb, with different home made cakes baked every day, alongside both hot and cold options. The rooftop bar was brilliant for sunset. The location was wonderful. You were directly next to the main area of Koutouloufari, 2 minutes away from the closest tavernas and bars, but just enough out of the way to have none of the noise. The room was always kept clean for us every day too.

+ Terrace where you can sit (for breakfast) is picturesque
+ Staff is very friendly
+ Swimming pool medium size, not too small
+ Water pressure
+ Toilet flushes normal, so no need to throw toilet paper in bin like in the restaurants
- In the big room with two floors, the lower floor doesn't have airconditioning or fan. So it was very warm.
- One double room at the lower floor doesn't have windows or fan, so it was very stuffy.
- Breakfast was very limited and so-so: taste was not bad but not great, no boiled eggs, fruit and vegs sometimes didn't seems fresh, the buffet was very small (not enough capacity for more than approx. 2 tables) and wasn't refilled quick enough when busy
- I like to sleep with some weight on me, but had just a light thin sheet as blanket. Thicker blankets in the closet smelled bad, like they don't wash them in the summer?
- No 24h reception, the phone number given had a greek voicemail and no one picked up during the night
- Transfer to the stay didn't arrive. They said because we changed the arrival time more than two times. But we had no influence about our delays. I recommend arrange tranfer yourself with for example suntransfer
- Booking offered us a residence with 1 bedroom + TWO living room. However when we arrive there, Ville Elite doesn't offer such residence. I don't where it went wrong?? Luckily they upgraded us to a bigger residence when the guests of the fully booked Ville Elite checked out. But I wonder if the guests hadn't leave, we got upgraded?
