Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Grounds had beautiful gardens and Flora.
Beach was not useable. Muddy with muddy water. Kayaks should have been free and had a high hourly rental rate. Free breakfast was too plain and basic. Be prepared to climb a LOT of stairs to get from the resort to the ocean. T.V. streaming services were terrible.

I liked the friendly staff that bent over backwards for you and the clean resort rooms and gardens.
The Wi-Fi was terrible and we couldn't even watch movies for three nights. The beach is disgusting and muddy filled with really crummy dirty brackish water. There is no beach to chill out at it is very swampy and lame. The kayaks are $25 for a couple hours and they should be included for free like all other decent resorts. The tiki bar is open when it's open and not too many people are ever down there. The complimentary breakfast is okay at best with a ham and cheese omelette and some fruit and two pieces of bread.

The staff was extremely friendly, helpful and attentive. They are truly the gem of this beautiful place. Marvin, Yary and Avis were really exceptional in their service.
Steep incline on property - might be difficult for people with mobility issues to get around.
