Beautiful and hospitable people, nice and calm, close to the beach

Its and older building from ~1990s, but maintained properly.
Pluses:
- close to the main road, but still quiet
- comfortable bed to sleep in
- the room is spacious and with lots of daylight
- aircon works
- fan works
- wifi works
- fridge works
- hot water works
- lots of bars and restaurants around
Room is completely equipped with whatever you may need - including electric kettle.
There is also drinking water provided to the guests in an ecological way - big refillable bottles.
Overall its very solid 8-8.5/10
- sink in the bathroom was kind of clogged, guess it depends on the room
- some occasional small ants here and there, but nothing terrible
- not connected to the guesthouse itself: Mui Ne and surroundings are "constructed" in a way, that there is very little public beach access, which is not good.

The location was great. In between Phan Theit and Mui Ne.
The red busses (line 1 and 9) pass in front of the accomodation, so it is easy to hop on the bus to go either way.
There are several restaurants and grocery shops around.
The accomodation is also a minute walk from the Fairy Stream
