I loved how close it was to the train station, walking distance and a very short and affordable taxi ride if you have luggage. I loved how close it was to the main area in the town, and beaches, walking distance again, but wasn’t in the main area so it was quiet.
I was surprised & nervous the first day when we arrived and I saw the entrance to the building was apartment style, but it wasn’t bad at all.

They were so friendly and helpful from prior to arrival. Salvatore sent a really useful map with key points on, and directions from the station. The room was clean and stocked with basic toiletries. The mini bar was well stocked with all sorts of drinks. The breakfast was amazing- we loved the focaccia! The location was great, not in old town but 5 mins walk from the beach, and the quiet end of the beach. Also near a supermarket and really close to the station which was ideal for us!
The room was quite small for bags and things, but this was manageable. The curtains are see-through, I was worried about people seeing in at night with the lights on inside, and it did let light through in the morning. But they did provide eye masks which was a thoughtful touch. Our only issue really was the sound proofing, you could hear everything from all the other rooms, babies/ coughing/ talking etc. even with ear plugs in. This did disturb our sleep. But otherwise a lovely stay and really friendly hosts.
