Incroyable

Le choix lors du petit déjeuner était top. Le personnel était très agréable. La chambre était confortable et les équipements à dispositions sont appréciables. La décoration du hall, couloirs et chambres sont superbes. Même lointaine, nous avons eu vu sur la Tour Eiffel ! Ce n'était pas prévu mais ce fût apprécié !

Une lumière de la salle de bain clignotait ce qui était désagréable. Le lit était un peu court en longueur La viande du buffet au petit déjeuner était moisie... Mais le personnel a été réactif à ce sujet Les places de parking sont un peu petites.

Außergewöhnliches Hotel

Wunderschönes Hotel, sehr große Zimmer. Badezimmer geräumig, schöne Handtücher, Duschgel, Shampoo und Haarspülung alles separat. Sehr ruhig gelegen mit Blick auf die Rennbahn. Sehr bequemes Bett mit vier Kissen. Für Frühstück hatten wir leider keine Zeit.

Meckern auf hohem Niveau. Ich fahre einen 3,5 t Pferdetransporter, 2,90 m hoch, 6 m lang. Das Hotel liegt direkt neben der Rennbahn, das sich dann auch einmal ein Trainer von Rennpferden in dieses Hotel verirrt wird vorkommen. Bei Nachfrage wo ich denn parken könne, war erst Ratlosigkeit dann die Idee wieder raus zu fahren und 200 m weiter in den Country Club zu fahren. Gesagt, getan, stehe dann vor einer Einfahrt Höhe 2,40 m. Mußte dann um die ganze Rennbahn fahren, in Saint Cloud brauchst man da 15 Minuten und stand da wieder vor dem Hotel. Ich hatte davor schon gefragt ob ich nicht vor dem Lieferfahrzeug parken könne? War nicht möglich, aber auf einmal fiel Ihnen ein das hinter dem Tor, öffnet sich mit Lichtschranke, auch ein Parkplatz wäre der zum Hotel gehört, übrigens fast gänzlich leer. Dort stand er dann ohne Not und man konnte über eine separate Ausfahrt ihn wieder verlassen. Das ganze hat mich bestimmt eine Stunde gekostet, mit nervigen rangieren um aus der Hotel Ausfahrt, um zu erst genanntem Parkplatz zu kommen. Ich kam aus München 870 nervige km, müde, hat mir eine Stunde Nerv und Lebenszeit gekostet.

Multi-lingual staff. Clean gym and pool, as well as comfy relaxing areas. Nice grounds.

Room facilities such as tea and coffee could be massively improved, as could the prices for a simple breakfast.

the food in the restaurant was lovely, breakfast buffet was good, and the staff loved messing about / playing with the kids

Absolutely lovely. We were very comfortable and relaxed.

Everything was absolutely perfect, the staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel is beautiful. Will definitely be staying in your hotel again.

Superb

The hotel was very nice and comfortable. The room was rather big and with good amenities.

I would have liked to have a thinner blanket. Even though we had the air conditioning on, it was quite suffocating under that massive blanket.

the services was very unpleasant!! we had to call for almost 1 hour to have a coffee to our room, but the room service never replied! the cleaning of our room was not properly done in our second day stay the staff in general are not welcoming and not helpful unfortunately!

Good hotel & pool but experience ruined by no restaurant and awful room service menu.

The breakfast is lovely with a great variety of foods. Nice clean, big family room and a great pool.

There was no restaurant or bar in the evening. We were not informed of this before our arrival, had we been informed by email we would have booked somewhere else. The room service menu is limited and over priced. With kids this definitely made our visit much harder. Apart from one male staff member who worked on Sunday and Monday who went out of his way to try and apologise, the rest of staff very unfriendly and unhelpful and lacking in local knowledge of alternatives to eat and giving us different information.

Nice hotel for business people, medium nice for families.

* The breakfast was high quality, but they had problems making sure everything was available all the time. * The pool was really good. * Our room was OK size, with a huge bonus big ground floor balcony. (Minus for the balcony was a lot ow wasps, making it difficult to eat there. Not sure why but might be because of missing cleaning as there was some mess there from previous visitors) * Everything in the hotel was beautiful

The biggest drawback from our point of view was that they try to mix renting out rooms in the basement for meetings and offices, with family bookings. When we used the soccer-game in the basement, the kids where cheering when they scored goals and having fun. Someone complained that there was kids in the basement, so we closed the door and did not make that much noise. Next time we went down, the ball for the game was missing. They removed the ball for both the soccer game and the table tennis, clearly prioritising the meetings over the kids, apart from in the pool. So we used the pool allot which was really good, but after that it was noting to do for kids in the hotel. They did not feel enough at home to move around in the hotel by them selves either. And there is not to much to do in the area around, we were hoping the country club next to the hotel would give some possibilities, but it was not open for tourists they said.

Lovely relaxing stay, with restaurants a short walk away and great swimming pool of a decent size.

The swimming pool is a good size and not too busy even in 41 degrees heat that we had for our stay.

If you wanted breakfast it would’ve been very expensive for a family. We got our own from the patisserie just up the road a short walk.
