Beach location, variety of pools. We had a beach view superior family room which is perfect for our family of 4.
Cleaners are amazing as are the guys around the pool.
Spa facilities and massage was great.
Waterpark could do with a little attention to improve

Family-Friendly Facilities - 4/5
Excellent resort for families with young children. Compact layout means everything is within walking distance. Good water facilities including multiple slides, lazy river, wave pool, two separate pools, and a private beach. Sports facilities available (football, tennis, basketball) though underutilised. Adults have their own lounge. Pool table available at extra cost.
Activities & Entertainment - 4/5 Daily program displayed on screen by the restaurant (would be useful on room TVs too). Good variety of kids' activities, pool games, and evening shows. On-site water activities available (kite surfing, paddle boards, snorkelling, banana boats etc) - we paid £80 for a "happy hour" package including banana ride, sofa ride, and snorkelling. Additional activities such as half-day boat trip with diving available at reasonable price.
Dining - 3.5/5 Restaurant offered variety catering to most dietary preferences, despite the blandness issues mentioned.
Accommodation - 3.5/5 Rooms air-conditioned with standard amenities and regular cleaning.
Services Available e.g. :
Spa (extra cost - £125 for 3 sessions, though pricing seems inconsistent)
Same-day laundry (£20 per bag - steep, so fill it completely)
On-site shop for basics (though better prices at shops near main road)
Additional paid tours and restaurant dining options
Staff - 3.5/5
Generally helpful, despite some service issues noted. Would have liked better support from the reception
Food & Dining - 2.5/5
The all-inclusive dining was disappointing. Food was often bland, especially the numerous beef dishes, and the menu became repetitive. Staff rushed to clear tables before we'd finished, and the dining area could use fly zappers. For non-drinkers, fresh juice options were scarce - expect mostly squash and syrups throughout your stay.
Accommodation - 3/5
Rooms felt tired and dated (though some have been refurbished). Our "kids den" was a cramped 6x8 foot box room with two single beds - adequate only for young children.
Service & Facilities - 2/5
Reception staff were unhelpful - no orientation or activity booking assistance. The photocopied site map was useless; a satellite image on my phone worked better. Internet was slow and unreliable. The on-site shop was overpriced with rude staff - better to walk to the shops near the main entrance. On-site snorkeling was mediocre; independent operators offer much better experiences.
Tipping Culture
Uncomfortable expectation from staff for tips, even for basic service, which created an awkward dynamic.
Practicalities
Late checkout cost extra otherwise dining facilities weren't available - not ideal as we had a late return flight. Resort airport taxis were expensive (£30) - book through Booking.com for better rates. Pre-arrival communication via Booking.com was poor; Facebook groups were more helpful. The prices are not very clear, spa/water activities are quoted in $ or £ to different visitors and they may not be the same.
