Checking in was like ghost town at 3.30pm I walk to the servo Ok was just a room - way to hot

Breakfast was ok

Room next us had 6 people very hard to use the shared bathrooms

After numerous emails and calls to discuss access to the property after hours. no one replied and as we were arriving at 1:30am in the morning with young kids we did not know how to access after hours and could not risk not having accommodation so we booked alternative at the last minute. When we went past the hotel there was no one there so luckily we had a second option but paid for both. Disgusting service

The price

Were not upfront about available food or beverage services, was told last minute that usual menu items not available for order. Bathroom facilities were unclean with significant mould. The dining room facilities were unkempt, cutlery was unclean and soaking wet, the shared beverage and food area was visibly dirty. The pool area needs safety inspection and regular maintenance and water testing.

would not stay there again due to unhelpful, small family room with a non working tv and one chair

nice balcony looking over the lake. room was warm

tv was broken and receptionist wasnt very helpful. couldnt fix till after we left. room very small for a family room. only one chair. breakfast was ok. nice that it was a hot breakfast but i only wanted just toast and was told i either had the complete breakfast which came with one piece of toast. all i wanted was two pieces of toast. staff very disinterested in being their. dinner at the pub was nice.

Good location, good value for money! Up the maintenance or replace bed frames & 5 Star value!

Rooms were clean & Towels were of decent quality and size. Breakfast was generous.

The room was not like the photos for the room type selected. The bunk beds made loud creaking noises at the slightest movement and kept all family members awake x 3 nights.

Breakfast. Main room was clean.

Generator/shed behind our room, which would make noise on and off every ten minutes all day/night. Lights from exterior shining into room, making it difficult to sleep. No apparent noise restrictions, walls thin and capture all noise. Extremely loud guests, partying beyond 12am. Beds loud, pillows extremely uncomfortable. Shower dirty.

Easy location and cheap

Location

Rooms were very unclean someone has used our toilet prior to arrival and left toilet paper in it. There was rubbish under the sink with a chunk of hair and rubbish under the beds. I tried calling on a Sunday in regards to check in was not able to reach any of the phone numbers I found online with half of them being switched off or no longer active.

Affordable for time and area

Breaky was fulsome and good location and staff friendly. Temp of the room was great

Cleanliness was less than desired, was old potato chips under bed and was dusty. No additional bin bags provided and no coffee or tea, kettle or microwave.

Would not stay there again for even half the price.

Absolute robbery to charge the price per night for a tiny shoe box room. Booked a room that stated 3 bunk beds but we were put in a room that had only two bunk beds. Very squishy to fit in and move around. Beds uncomfortable and squeaked excessively every time anyone moved, so a very poor sleep. Would not stay there again.

It was too noisy due to other guests and very expensive for a very basic room.

it was horrendously noisy, had to put a pillow over my head to get to sleep. the noise was from other guests moving around the unit, above, outside, etc.

Room Door badly broken and would not close/lock . Mattress old with collapse springs and the most uncomfortable thing that I have ever slept on!
