Air con and wifi included, nice view from the balcony, big comfortable bed.
The water pressure for the shower and toilet is too low, the accommodation is just a room (with balcony) and a very small bathroom. For $300 a night the size of the place is so small and there's no shops within walking distance so you are a 10 minute drive from town. With those considerations I do think it's over priced for what it is.
