As I arrived on a Monday I picked my keys up at the White Goose pizzaria on the site.This is also a very in demand local spot and I later had some dinner there. Possibly best Pizza ever. A child sized pepparoni pizza was huge and a House salad. Ian the manager a retired jockey and gave good tip in where to watch horses. Really nice team. Bed very, very comfy, room smartly home-like. Toiltries some of my favourite anywhere.
Local area stunning and beautiful sheep about.
Only slight drawback is lack of phone signal. Only EE network so for some this may be tricky. Yhere is in-hoise guest wifi for internet though. If you want a quiet break it's perfect and you can get a signal for most mobile networks signal in Middleham village.

We have sayed here many times and this place never disappoints. The food was top quality, staff were very friendly.
