Everything was exceptional 💐🌹
They didn’t refresh the room very well in terms of tea bags , tissues and used cups. (used cups weren’t cleaned by house keeping staff).
Check out procedure wasn’t arranged properly and professionally .

Staff didnt respond to emails, phone ringing in the middle of the nighr, elecrric socets not working, tripped out
