Location is great. Near the airport. I wish the airport had a better system for friends and hotels picking people up. I had agreed that the hotel pick us up- but unfortunately they were unable to find us/we were unable to find them. The only other taxi service would not take anything less than over 3x the hotel cost- the equivalent of 20u$d for a distance of less than 3km! (And the “licensed taxi service” took us to a local store on the way to the hotel for necessities- had left the window slightly down & the child lock on… someone reached in and stole my iPad.) Call the hotel again and agree on a particular location for pickup.

Room was dark not enough lighting. One towel, no washcloth. Rooster crowing out back. internet not strong in room. Bathroom really dark. No air conditioning

Big room and big double bed. Close to the airport

It has 5 stories but no elevator, so we need to carry our suitcases down by stairs (we got help at the check in). The isolation to the street is poor and all the noises come in. The window cartoons are semi transparent and not even close to block the light. No option for coffee before 7:00AM. Spanish only, no English.
