We loved everything about the property! The apartment was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The owner was also very nice and helpful.

Appartment has a great location with a lot of cafe, restaurants, and parks nearby. Great place to walk.
A bit noisy outside because of road.

The apartment was very clean with very good facilities and is located within a short walk of all the Yeravan attractions.
It is spacious accommodation- we had the 2 bed superior apartment which is on the 7th floor- there is a lift. Tigran and Marina were very helpful throughout our stay.
As previously mentioned no AC in the bedrooms meant we had to move the mattresses into the lounge.

The bed were clean but the two extra bett were uncomfortable. The rest was perfect, good location, perfect kitchen
