The worst experience in a caravan I have ever had

Absolutely nothing it was dreadful, I waiting to hear back from someone as we had the worst week and it’s the worst caravan I have ever stayed in. It was not fit for purpose at all

The caravan was to small for 6 people, it was dark and set right in the corner of the site with the main living room window being lent against a fence which had barbed wire which I thought it was illegal considering we had children going across everywhere, the curtain were hanging off and couldn’t be closed, the main bed had the legs broken and broken into the floor, every window had the plastic locking caps off and there was filler there instead. The fridge was filthy and and stained everywhere, there was holes in the doors, the fridge barely got cold, the kettle leaked and there was no internet as stated. I complained in the first day and asked to be moved only to be told there was no spaces, then the maintenance and housekeeping came out and just looked at the caravan and barely did anything. I am looking for a full refund as we left a day early as could not stay any longer. I have also taken many photos.
