Excellent rapport qualité prix, petit prix et propre pour autant, rien n’est négligé

Lumineux, espace commun avec une bouilloire, de l’eau à disposition pour se faire un café, mugs, cuillères. Tapis de yoga. Moustiquaires aux fenêtres.

Un peu bruyant tôt le matin, pas de rideaux occultants.

Muy acogedor

Excelente ubicación y la habitación muy limpia. Joseph, el dueño, es muy servicial, nos recomendó un excelente taxista para viajes al aeropuerto y tours alrededor de los lugares destacados de Kerala.

Super sted. Alt er godt her !

Ligger i stille sidegade. Tæt på alt i Fort Cochin. Meget rent overalt ! Her er alt hvad man skal bruge: køleskab , kogekande ( et helt køkken hvis man ønsker )tørreplads til vasketøj , drikkevand , kaffe, te, sæbe , toiletpapir , håndklæder… Og søde værter.

An der Unterkunft hat nichts gefallen

Es war ekelhaft dreckig und heruntergekommen. Das Personal uninteressiert. Zimmer reinigen wurde eingefordert, hinterher gab es keinen Interschied. Habe bei m putzen zugeschaut und war fassungslos.

A Great Little Find

A brief stay but a great one. Joseph was fantastic in his welcome and in organising a driver onto my next destination and also providing clear instructions for transport on arrival at the train station. The room was perfect, simple and clean at a very affordable price. Location is fantastic as close to may sites, premium hotels, restaurants and sunset spots.

Ne cherchez pas ailleurs.

Une excellente adresse à Fort Cochin. La chambre est spacieuse, très confortable, d'une propreté irréprochable avec une salle de bain impeccable également. Il y a un roof top abrité, une cuisine et un coin repos en plus des chambres. Le patron est particulièrement gentil et accueillant. Pour le prix qu'il demande, il n'y a aucune hésitation à avoir : c'est ici qu'il faut réserver !

Cucarachas

La atención del personal en el Check-IN

Solo pasamos una noche. Llegamos a las 23:00 y nos fuimos a dormir a las 24:00h y en ese rato nos encontramos dos cucarachas de unos 6 centímetros correteando por el baño y la habitación. Horrible. Dormimos fatal. También había hormigas minúsculas por la habitación. Si no tienes problemas con las cucarachas todo bien, pero a nosotros no nos gustan nada. Así que no lo puedo recomendar. Fatal.

A perfect relaxed place in Cochin.

The pod cochin homestay was like home for us. We stayed there for a total of 7 days. They have a common kitchen space which is fully equipped. They also provide drinking water supply. Joseph and his wife are really kind people and we felt very safe and relaxed staying there. There is nothing bad about this homestay. We would stay there again. :)

The host makes you feel like home

Joseph the host is incredibly helpful. He answered all my questions, gave me an the tips, always answered the phone when I needed something even after I checked out. It made my first couple days in India much easier. The room and facilities were perfect. Clean and comfortable.

Lovely and Clean

what can i say about the cleanliness here.. it was sparkling clean.. location is excellent.. many good restaurants/home kitchens/medical/grocery stores/tea stalls nearby within walking distance.. also the homestay has a fully equipped kitchen.. cook if you want to.. they have a terrace where a nice breeze blows all day.. owner Mr. Joseph is helpful and good to have a quick chat.. we loved Fort Kochi as a walking and shopping destination.. beautiful houses, chinese fishing nets and the lovely sunset :D if you need recommendations.. Crafters Exports spice shop was good, near the Jew town jetty.. cant miss it.. for restaurants we liked Spice Root, Anantha Bhavan and Canvas.. and dont even think of missing the Avacado milk shake at Rinoos cool bar - it was uhmayyyzing!!!!..

Exceptional

Our stay at the pod was great. The host was very accomodating and willing to help with all of our questions. The location of the homestay is great. There is an amazing vegetarian restaurant 3 minutes away and a great tea shop with super fresh indian snacks just next door. The room we got was very comfortable, quiet, sunny and had everything we needed. We highlly recommend staying here and would defenitelly book again!

The a/c was useful as Kochi is hot and humid Its in s good position for exploring

The main road outside had major roadworks on both sides, which made walking very unpleasant The works won't last forever, but theres ay least a month to go.

Excellent!

This is an excellent homestay in Fort Kochi. We're visiting the Biennale and the main venue is walking distance. There are good restaurants nearby and the place is easily accessible by road and boat from Ernakulam. Joseph and his family are great hosts, always helpful with tips and responsive to guest requests and questions. Will definitely recommend and will return to stay when in Fort Kochi.

it’s a small and cute home stay. we stayed on the second floor apartment in one of the bedrooms with a balcony facing the street.
