It was okay, but I would not stay again.

The breakfast was so-so; I enjoyed the fried eggs, the toast, and OJ. The beach was a very short walk from the hotel, and across the street from the hotel (and beach) was a decent seafood restaurant.

I rented two rooms; the larger room was *not* at the hotel, but instead located at an adjacent condo building, with no WiFi, no telephone, and no dining table. The second bathroom reeked of sewer/septic tank odor. The only way to exit the condo was thru the underground garage.

The location is next to Pupen and the beach. The living room in the family room is good for a family traveling together, but there is no air conditioning. In the room, providing a microwave and pot. The room is so big. One room has a queen bed and one single bed; another room has twin beds. It's good for a big family.

the service was not like a hotel. It is like a serviced apartment. If you have a car, you have to pay a deposit of 1000 THB to rent a door remote control to enter the parking lot. TV in the room, which I cannot watch. no wifi.

good stay but need to look into more cleaning staff and control of the stray dogs!

value for money, big room.

not enough cleaning staff, the poor ladies only got at 7pm to our room every night! useless dogs in front of the hotel barking through the night - very annoying.

Cheap accommodation if you have no sense of smell

Free water provided, fair view of sea from rooftop pool. Hot water.

There was a constant drainage smell in the room, that got worse. Only stayed 2 nites. Cheap , ok if you have no sense of smell.

the property asked us to pay extra even though the booking were for 8 people but the rooms couldn’t fit 8 persons

Overall a great stay! Miss some minor luxuries.

Would be nice to have coffee and tea available in the room. there is a kettle and cups but nothing else

Pleasant and a good night's sleep

The bed was very comfortable, everything was clean and in pretty good shape. Staff were friendly, helpful and spoke good English as well.

No hot water pot even for a cup of tea or instant coffee, the location is way at the end of the beach so it's quite far to almost anything.
