The hotel was comfortable and mostly met our expectations. We stayed for a short trip with family. I liked the friendly front desk staff and how clean the room was upon arrival. Breakfast was good with a nice variety of options. One of the employees in the kitchen—Señora Mari, I believe her name was—stood out. She was a short, older lady and incredibly kind. She made the experience even more pleasant. The location was also convenient and close to shops and restaurants, which made getting around easy.
My key card stopped working multiple times, even after exchanging it, which was inconvenient. In my sister's room, the toilet wasn’t working properly and no one ever came to fix it after it was reported. Also, while the towels were clean, you could tell they were old and a bit worn. It would’ve been better if maintenance had responded to the toilet issue, if the key card worked properly the first time, and if the towels were replaced with newer ones.
