My husband and I stayed in studio room 502 so the elevator was helpful. The room was small by US standards so we had to be creative with limited storage for luggage, but included a comfortable bed and linens, nice size bathroom with shower, a small kitchenette, a patio with table, and two balconys offering wonderful views of the neighborhood with a small park across the street - and a suprise peekaboo of the top of the Eiffel Tower beacon! The location was quiet and a short walk from two metro stations, cafes and groceries.
We had to go downstairs to reception whenever we needed something, such as extra in-room coffee and towels, and sometimes there was no one at the desk with no other way to contact the host.

Gorgeous apartment! Location is pretty good too - train station just down the road and groceries, laundromat, bakeries and restaurants all really close by.
A couple of hygiene issues but nothing major

The pictures were better than actual accommodation
A bit tired in its looks, cupboards off hinges. It served its purpose.
