The hotel location was perfect
Mr Basel and ghasan were wonderful and friendly and thanks to them that my stay at the hotel almost saved and successful.
The hotel beds and baby beds were terrible
Hotel déco disaster . The wardrobe very basic / TV terrible/ curtains are small so the sun light comes through.
So be prepared for all of that if you are booking the hotel and make sure again that the hotel team were amazing and I believe thanks to them that the hotel still serving

I liked the property’s location and the friendly staff
The breakfast was good but I think it would be even better with a little more variety and more options to choose from.

It was very convenient and central to everything.
The shower cubicle was functional but could do with some improvement.

The only good thing in this hotel is the receptionist Ghassan
The cleanness and the hot water wasn’t available for couple of hours
