Location was good. Staff great. Room ok. Small but I was only in it to sleep. The room was warm so the staff offered me a fan, which helped a lot.
I had no hot water for my showers in my two night stay. I didn't tell the staff, which I should have, so they could fix it. We had visited Kibera, so I was just grateful for clean running water!

Excellent location, close to different amenities and safe. Clean facilities with ample parking. No pets, which is wonderful!! Amazing customer service from the gate to reception 24/7.
Too much noise from the local pub next door. The room was too small with no AC, fan, desk and chair.
