Passable

There was no breakfast. The location was amazing. The grounds are beautiful. The apartment is spacious.

The pillows on the bed were atrocious. They were so thin it felt like you didn’t have a pillow. It was very noisy at night. The units are separated by a door and you could hear your neighbors until all hours of the night. The noise from the upstairs unit came through the bedroom closet.

The view around and on the yard was as beautiful as heaven. The apartment was big enough for a couple. The kitchen was well equipped. The bed was quite comfortable.

We stayed there for 6 nights. It was the ground floor apartment. Although it was at the end of may , the evenings and nights inside the stone house were very cold. We asked the manager to turn on the heating but she turned it on only a small part of the time , only when there were other guests in the villa and just for very few hours. When she didn't turn it on during evenings , nights and early mornings we suffered from the cold , Instead she gave us a blanket that was very dusty and had a bad smell , We felt that our needs were ignored.

The location is beautiful and peaceful, restful and surrounded by nature.

Cooking utensils were very basic, and the toilet seat was completely broken. Surprising for this property.

Beautuful location, grounds and pool. Outstanding value.

First and foremost - the location is fantastic. There are rolling hills with vineyards all around. Very pastoral and quiet,. Out of town, but near Radda (for groceries and so). The pool is big and only shared with a few other vacationers. Everything is meticulously clean - rooms, kitchen, pool, gardens. The beds are comfortable. Large rooms, and plenty of storage space. We got two units that are interconnected, which was very comfortable.

The furniture is a bit dated, but that did not bother us at all. Outstanding value for money.

The house is in a rustic and quiet place.

The place is not maintained and not clean. It does not appear that they have internalized all the guest comments on this subject. Uncomfortable round and small shower. Uncomfortable toilet to seat. Too bad.

A fairytale

Private, remote place with a stunning view. Everything was perfect: the pool, the surrounding of olive trees and vineyards, a lot of space to chill out. Bed was huge and comfortable. Also the view from the toilet window is great 😄 The nearby town of Radda in Chianti is charming, and there is also the Aiola Castle vineyard nearby, which I recommend.

Very good located in a quite place about 3 km from the next little village. Perfect as a Badis for excursions to Florence, Siena, Pisa etc. or to visit some excellent wineries. A paradise for people who like food due to many good restaurants in the vicinity Very friendly staff.

The host-lady was nice and friendly. The garden and pool was nice and well-kept.

A general feeling that the accommodation was run down and dirty ( maintenance- can’t clean it away ). Basic necessities where also missing eg. fan, mosquito nets, and the silverware was dull/ outdated etc.

Perfect place to discover Tuscany and Chianti area. Clean, quiet, nice pool and wonderful views to the landscape.

A great out-of-the-way place to stay, with a a few small, easily-rectified shortcomings.

Secluded location but just a 5-minute drive to the nearest small town (Radda). Parking space conveniently close to the apartment. Free wi-fi seemed good.

Various non-essential lights not working. Oven too complicated for me to work (and no instructions). NO SCISSORS IN THE KITCHEN!
