Great location
Wonderful staff
We were told where the shower block was, horrendous wait for the 4 showers in the ladies bathroom. Four showers just isn’t enough no matter what time of the day we tried to use them. Lack of drink choices at the bar and the food was great but very expensive.

The location (15 min walk to Silverstone trackside) was excellent. Getting in on Friday morning was a breeze. Found a sneaky way to avoid the traffic when we left on Sunday evening (thanks to the guys on the golf club entrance). The tent was spacious. Checking in was easy. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Expensive but convenient and comparable to Airbnbs off site in the area.

Our experience in the pre-pitched tent for Silverstone was as expected. After we booked, I read the reviews online and I was a little worried, but if you're used to camping it will match your expectations. Actually, given the showers and the breakfast & dinner options, it surpassed my expectations. The camping is basic, as expected. We booked the pre-pitched tent and didn't get any upgrades. But the air mattresses were firm. It was I dry all weekend, so I don't know if the tent would have leaked. We booked the food package and the offerings were good. Nothing fancy but fine for where we were and the price paid. Tip for camping is to prepare for all scenarios - hot, cold, wet, etc and take any extras to make life more comfortable such as headlamps (I read that in one of the reviews and it's a great tip), quick dry towels, a clothesline and pegs, etc. You get the idea. Location is great also. About 15 mins walk to Becketts gate from where the food is served (a little longer if you're camped further away). And from Becketts gate to the vale is about another mile walk. Also, a big shout out to the staff where were very friendly and helpful all weekend. I would camp here again.
Things seems a little disorganized which surprised me given this wasn't the first year of camping. I understand there's different staff each year perhaps, but you'd think they'd have the processes down etc. Also, the charging lockers didn't always work and were full for most of the weekend. I think people put their items in the lockers in the morning and left them all day and even overnight sometimes.

Close to the circuit. Easy walking distance, but all events are right round the other side of the circuit, i.e main stage etc. so involves a lot of walking.
On site entertainment was actually better!
I think individually travellers are unfairly treated.
A for bed pod costs the same as a 2 bed pod, so 4 people for 3 nights works out at about £70 per person per night.
1 person has to pay the full amount, £270 per night.
Doesn't seem fair.
Also, I expected bedding and towels. Nothing, just a mattress!
Friday night was bloody freezing, despite the recent heatwave.
I slept in my clothes and a warm mac, but still ended up in my car.
Decided to bite the bullet and take the 4 hour round trip home to get my duvet and a bath towel.
Can't blame anyone for the weather, rule Britannia! But things could have been better at the venue, and overall, poor value for money.
