The location of the apartment was excellent and it was easily walkable via the lakeside path towards St Moritz train station for the morning Bernina Express panoramic train journey departure to Tirano, Italy.
We had to collect the key from a different location from the actual apartment we were staying in whereas it would be easier to collect the key at the apartment location. However the instructions we received for check in and key collection were clear and easy to follow.

We had to get the keys from another building, much better to get them at the property

Location was quite near to bus stop and Lake. Apartment was overall clean.
Bed wasn't that comfortable. No extra pillows. Kitchen lacked basic stuff like paper towels, salt & pepper etc. Key Collection was done from another place 10 mins walk from the property. With luggage, that was an issue.
