The location was great and the unit was tidy.
The bathroom was a bit small and the toilet was making a loud noise. Had to turn tap off.

Fifteen minutes to airport, close to local supermarkets and restaurants.
No hand towel, no coat hangers, minimal body wash, lounge stained, and very few kitchenware items. Photos on website did not accurately portray the room. Receptionist was uninterested. Felt a bit unsafe because we were warned to lock our doors. Caretaker was wonderful.

The location is fine, it is just a short drive to the city and 20-30 mins to everywhere else. Ample parking space. I only realize when we are going to the airport that there’s a Woolworths nearby (less than 1km). I think even if you don’t drive a car, you can definitely walk to and fro CBD from the apartment
When we arrived at 5.15pm, we had to check in with the staff. The staff was fine, gave us a queen room. She set up the sofa bed for us and left us to bring our stuff up. To our surprise, the keycard was not working. The went back down to knock on her door, nobody answered. We called, and someone answered that she went out and will be back “shortly”. Mind you my child is a two years old girl already standing outside the door in cold (8°c) waiting to get inside to rest. We waited for another 45 mins to one hour until she came back to open the door. The unit was quite dusty, my daughter has sensitive skin and she had developed rashes throughout the stay. There were also two huge holes in the curtains. I swear the holes got bigger everytime i touch the curtains. Need to request Towels and floor mat almost everyday, but at some point we just gave up.
