Staff is very good and polite, they accepted my early check-in and late checkout. The location is great, breakfast is fine, but not excellent.

Rooms were very big and clean.
Room was cold. No warm water from the city for the building heat.

The bathroom paper and plaster has obviously been wet and is falling off . Nothing seems to have been fixed to the bathrooms walls properly. Standard of workman ship is utter rubbish and hotel maintenance was absolutely shocking .
