Overnight front desk staff of Peter and Karin, simply the best. Tadeas in breakfast service team, outstanding and everything you’d be excited about of his emerging Slovakia generation. Great location, and a bonus really to have use of the hotel swimming pool included in room rate
Michael in the restaurant is a liability speaking down to hard working young staff and doing so in full view of guests.
We booked and pays ahead for 2 rooms, but didn’t need the 2nd on check-in due to my wife’s illness on the day. Rules were not bent, nor any understanding or refund. But I was expected to pay for reserved parking which I declined

Location, quite spacious rooms. Restaurant food is fine.
AC did not operate although +30C outside, found out I had to request to switch on, very strange.
Low variety of meals for breakfast, same every day.
Unfriendly pricing towards little children under 7 years old, charge 35€ per day.
