The property is clean and in good condition with comfortable bed and nice furniture. The balcony has a view of the ocean and the room is well air conditioned.
The outside temperature during our stay was 38 - 40 degrees. This extreme heat caused the drains in the bathroom to be smelly.

Location, Roof Terrace, Balcony, View, Mini bar and Cleanliness. 10 minutes walk to the old town which we loved and opposite a small beach with a couple of bars/restaurants and a cafe over the road. Also walking distance to shops and other beaches. Owner was very friendly and helpful. It was spotlessly clean and our room was great with a balcony overlooking the beach. The roof is also a plus, a sun trap with beds, sofas and a whirlpool plus a large umbrella for shade.
We didn't actually mind this but the breakfast is a voucher for the cafe over the road. It can be busy so you may need to wait a bit to be served.

Location was excellent and it was well appointed
I think that a four PM check in is way too late. Also small plastic cups for the coffee is so inappropriate
Communication with the landlord was also difficult when asking for something we needed.
