JAMAICA COURTYARD MARRIOTT IS HOSPITALITY💯💯💯💯💯🙃🙃🙃🫠🫠

My husband and I checked in the Hotel for his birthday on the 2nd August...upon entering the hotel the smell was fresh, the ambience peaceful. The front desk staff we interacted with both upon check in and in the night Natasha, Joel and Deji-Ann were extremely helpful in not just the hotel facilities but things to do and places to visit in Jamaica...💯💯💯💯 Let us talk about the dinning room/kitchen staff Georgia,,,her kind, warm and bubbly personality was so intoxicating it blew us away...she was not just sweet but helpful and effective/timely in her service to us...Thank you again Georgia...There are some things that can't be learnt and other things is just natural...Georgia is natural😇🤗💯💯💯 Overall we will definitely recommend!!! HOSPITALITY IN ITS FULLNESS P.s my husband enjoyed his birthday..and Natasha thanks a million for blessing ua with complimentary drinks for his birthday...he was very pleased🥺🥺🥺

Location Nice canteen staff Receptionist friendly Personal favorite: Gentleman who served at the canteen (Rayon).

I did not get the room I booked. There was no excuse as I booked early (like I always do in all my travels) and they confirmed suite was available. I expect to get what I booked, and if unavailable, I need a notification before, not after, I get to the hotel so I can decide if I still want to stay there. Ended up with a smaller room with a noisy ac vent, and got the cheapest toilet paper I've ever had to use.

Courtyard Marriott, Kingston made Jamaica extra Nice!

The room was spacious, I had a great view of the park, and the staff were very friendly and helpful, no matter what time of the day or night it was. The bathroom was good and I was happy there was a tub, that I utilized after a great day on the road for Jamaica carnival. I felt safe there even when there was an earthquake whilst I was in the shower!!! Lorrrt! Lol! The location was great with a few local eateries within walking distance. The Pegasus was across the street. I would stay here again and be sure to have more leisure time to enjoy the amenities.

There wasn't a bellman or none were available to assist. Otherwise, no complaints.

Great location & team but could use some minor tweaks to be more like what I expect of Courtyard.

The location was perfect and the staff were polite and helpful. Breakfast was convenient and plentiful. Great to have free parking and location is also walkable.

The bed was hard and uncomfortable, the shower head was blocked up with hard water deposit so the water sprayed everywhere and the room smelled musty and like feet. I think the carpets could benefit from a deep clean. The restaurant by the pool area was very messy the first night. No one seemed to be picking up used cups, etc and all the tables had used stuff on them.

I will utilize this facility anytime that I am in Jamaica.

The breakfast was very good - multiple choice of offering. The room was excellent and the staff was very helpful. I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the hotel room - it exceeded my expectations.

I had a wonderful time - nothing to complain about.

great except for restaurant which was important

Staff at front desk very helpful and flexible. Things reported were quickly dealt with. They aimed to please.

Breakfast and their staff was horrible. breakfast staff operated poorly and rudely under pressure . breakfast was finished before 1.5 hrs before closeoff and when staff tried to makeup for this, there was q delay and the food wasnt properly prepared. there was only one staff member that tried hard to make a differencr. he was very apologetic and aimed to please.

Had to wait 30 minutes to enter the building due to the fact that the receptionist was missing in action, had to call the security to call the other security on the inside to wake up the receptionist. Booked my room earlier in the day, was told I was a no show and was charged an extra fee.

Open shower leaks out on bathroom. Breakfast not complimentary. Dinner took too long to be served!

Overall it was a good stay.

The view from the balcony was remarkable and the bed was comfortable.

The bathroom was small and shower stall was open, so the floor got wet when we took a shower; the foot towel could not rectify. Not friendly enough for small children. Didn't like the partition/adjoining door either. Was taken aback by the receipt placed on the table after eating breakfast even though this was already paid for at check-in.
