I love this hotel. In the heart of Kingston. The staff were all amazing and helpful. The café had the best pastries on the island! The restaurant was exceptional. My room was so clean and comfy with great views of the beautiful pool.
I have no complaints.

I love the reception area the locality. The reception staff the porters the restaurant staff excellent customer service.I love the view from the restaurant great +++.
I didn't like that the television wasn't a smart tv. Was disappointed about that considering the price I paid for the room. I didn't like being charged extra for query what reason for the room that was different from the Booking.com pricing. Maybe this was because I had twin beds instead one king size bed. The menu didn't please me . I love fish, Jamaican style, it wasn't on the menu, fillet fish only, so I went to the Marriott across the road ad had a Snapper fish with okra ,bammy, crackers, rice and vegetables. It was expensive but delicious .
