Very convinent location. Next station to Pazhou (current is Wanshengwei), just about 5 minutes walking. You're just getting a huge flat in chinese 39-floors building. My was on 32nd floor so sometimes elevator mining was about 3-4 minutes :) Cleaning, pure water every day. Nice view from the balcony. 5 minutes away from the tram station towards to Party Pier (2 rmb for a trip)
Fridge off when you out of apartment (also including all power and air condition), good bye your food when you leaving for the full day
Saw a couple of coackroaches, it's common Guangdong problem
There was no door to close the shower booth, not the best idea when the hot water fauet gives something like 30 C
The name at outside and inside reception area is not 'Xizhengjia", I think there are some type of cooperation between apartment managers.
Only chinese language at reception desk. May use english via translator apps

Проходной двор. В номере убил 3 таракана.
