my second stay there......the staff are first class and the skylark restaurant was again amazing. Immaculate rooms and the deluxe room is highly recommended over the standard room

Very minor but an EV charger would have been much appreciated. It would have been nice to have a swimming pool on the premises but maybe in the future is being considered.

A beautiful setting surrounded by lovely gardens and shade giving trees. Gracious and comfortable interior with elegant furnishings.

Room was very comfortable clean and quiet. very well equipped

The hanging in the cupboard did not allow full length dresses to be hung as we were attending a wedding at the hotel my wife had several long dresses which fortunately did not crease Room 301

Breakfast was delicious. Staff were good but mostly young and inexperienced. Some stood around while guests were obviously waiting for orders to be taken. Friendly

Stayed in the hotel last year and had a wonderful room with amazing staff and food. This year we had to pay quite a bit more amd when shown to our room, it was beautiful but had a view of a pebble dash wall a few metres away. This obscured the vast majority of our view. When we asked if we could move to another room, the staff at reception offered us another 5 rooms to choose from, each with views of the tress and gardens. Why we were not allocated a room like this in the first place when so many were available is beyond me. Let us not feeling valued as guests at all. Will not return based on this experience.
