The staff were very friendly and accommodating . The place was very clean and the offered you lots of water. Breakfast was pretty good but you also close to a lot of restaurants and grab comes in 2 to 3 minutes max.
Some other guest would leave trash in the halls and all over the top floor terrace. Also after arrival we had to ask staff to update light bulbs do to vert dim lighting.

Room was clean and decent size. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Location is great - Lotte Mall and others in walking distance. Breakfast had a good and plenty choices for Indonesian style breakfast. Limited for western breakfast. I used room service twice and it was fast.

Everything was great! Breakfast was top notch! They have good coffe you can get beer and also spa center! The pool is beautifull, roof terrace at night have an outstanding view!

The location & staff are friendly
We stayed for 3 nights. Second night we were there, we couldn’t sleep due to some ignorant & inconsiderate bunch of guests stayed until late, making a lot of noise on the roof top which is just above our room. They were dragging the chairs a lot, one guy kept punching a table for their stupid game, and they kept shouting..😡😡
We couldn’t put up with all the noise, so my hubby had to approach them and asked them to be quiet as the rest of the guests tried to get some sleep. As my hubby walked away , some of them started to laugh at my hubby. They thought it’s funny..😡
We reported to the reception the next morning, they said they would suss it out & discuss it with the management.
Hope they do something to prevent that happens again, by at least put the signs out on the roof top to ask the guests to not make excessive noise after 11pm at night.
Rather than that it’s a pleasant stay with a little bit of city view from our bedroom window. It would be lovely too if the hotel provides a shower cap for ladies in the bathroom
