After many years abroad, I finally came back to my hometown. The first stop was Hangzhou. After reading the reviews, I decided to book a room here. When I arrived, I found that it was very quiet at night and the facilities were complete. There was also free sweet soup at night. I was very happy. The housekeeping ladies are very enthusiastic, it is about a fifteen-minute walk from West Lake, and it is very convenient to travel, I am very happy to have such a stay experience.

Staff were very friendly, helpful and courteous.
My husband, son and daughter were bitten at night by unknown insects. We suspected bedbugs. The layout of my family room was also weird with no dividing door between kitchen and the toilet. You feel exposed when bathing. There was also no table to put our luggage.
