The most adorable flat perfect for a few days stay in Florence.
Great location! Not too central where it can be busy. In a lovely historical district where everything is in walking distance but you also get a more local experience.
Very clean bathroom and comfortable bed.
Incredible hospitality from Silvia!
This was not a problem for us - but know that there is no elevator. So if you’re unable to carry your bag up a flight(s) of stairs this may not be the option for you.

Private, quiet & so close to the centre of Florence. Only 15 mins the stroll to train station. Great facilities and very clean too. Big comfy bed, air conditioning, kitchenette, proper hair dryer and lovely bathroom. Recommend A+++
Everything was positive, nothing we did not like

A cozy studio in an old building on a quiet street in Oltrarno, close to the city center, with a small, but well equipped kitchenette, it can be the perfect place to rest after a full day exploring Florence.

Pleasant helpful host and easy check-in. Great location in a quiet street in the San Frediano area. Room was warm and comfortable (it was November). The studio apartment was small, but the space was used effectively (e.g. the pull-down bed).
Not the fault of the hosts, but I'm a light sleeper and I found that there was a noticeable amount of noise from adjacent apartments,, probably due the historic nature of the buildings and perhaps thin walls.
