Elegant and confortable apartment in the central area of Oltrarno at few steps from Santo Spirito square and other historical sites (the Old bridge, Uffizi Gallery, Boboli garden); shops, restaurants and services are nearby. The public transport is on the street down the apartment.
This 45 sq.meters (on two floors) apartment finely restored preserving the tuscan style, is located on the ground floor of an old florentine building of 15th century. It ‘s ideal for 2/4 persons.
The apartment is on 2 levels and It’s composed as follows:
Bedroom: :upsterars there is 1 bedroom with a large double bed which can be separated to create two singles beds; downstairs in the dining room there is a sofa bed which can be easily converted in a double bed (French size).
Kitchen: fully equipped kitchen (no dishwasher) ,cooking utensils, coffee maker, refrigerator, electric oven , 4 ring stove.
Dining room: dining table for 4 people, sofa bed, TV set (satellite/cable), iron & board
Bathroom: Toilet, Shower, Bidet, Hairdryer
The apartment also includes, air conditioning, autonomous heating, hot water, bath towels, bed linens and dishes.

The wireless access to internet is available.
Check in from 16.00 to 17.00 - check out within 10.00.
In other hour is possible to check in, but is important communicate the hour of arrive 4 days before.

Graziano was so kind! We walked from the Florence train station and he gave us exact pictures to find the apartment. The apartment was just a block from the santo spirito square. It was full of authentic artisans and great food. Just a short walk over the river was every Florentine landmark imaginable. We got the 3-day pass for the Duomo and also went to see the David. We loved the rustic feel of the apartment. It had everything you could need - the details were amazing…from the hand hewn picture frame to the doorstops protecting the armoire - it was clearly designed by an architect.The supermarket was great and nearby, and the laundromat was close and easy to use! We ran a load at the halfway mark on our trip and it was easy to understand.It sits in the heart of a safe and busy area, so if you’re looking for silence you might want something different. We built new memories and hope we will get the opportunity to visit here again!

Very cute little apartment. Clean! For check in, we communicated via WhatsApp and the host met us outside to let us in. He is very kind and I appreciate the individual ownership of the unit. We appreciated the small amenities like hair dryer, iron, and drying rack for clothes. The “double” bed is wider than an American queen so no issues there.

Graziano was very efficient and helpful and we loved his place! We loved the neighborhood and we could get to nearby restaurants very easily and it was quiet and comfortable.
