We liked the clean and hotel being pet friendly .
However the hotel distrub you early morning to confirm your check out though check out timing is 12 noon. Also in room dinning are very costly and separate fee for swimming pool. And staff are least bothered to help you with the luggage., even though its a brand of a hotels.

I like the general lounge brightness, the layout and the food in the restaurant (except the Thai green curry which was a disaster) the period music (80's and 90's) and the brightness in the rooms due to the picture windows. I appreciate the hair dryer being provided in every bathroom. A simple small shelf is needed in the shower cubicle to place personal shampoo bottles or soaps on. Simple, efficient and clean, this is a great place to stay.
The angled bench in the room is an interior design mistake, in the sense that it aligns with the bedside table which may look good in a plan drawing, but it doesn't hold any luggage. It should be kept straight and practical. This is the only place to keep large luggage for packing and unpacking, otherwise the next place is the bed which is unhygienic. What dirt comes in from travel should not be placed on the bed. Secondly and more critically, most of the sinks have a slight sewage smell emanating from the drainage plug. I visit this hotel regularly and find this a persistent problem. It must be addressed.
