The staff was very friendly, the best one was the kitchen lady... she made sure our food was different and tasty.
The rooms were very clean
Beds were comfortable
No complimentary shampoo, soap and conditioner. They sell it in the lobby, but this hotel was not cheap wham comparing it to a five star in other parts of the coast.
Payment was a bit complicated. We had to pay either in cash or by bank transfer, as the card system was down. I suggest they use other electronic means such as DaviPlata or Nequi
