Weeks stay mid Feb in Zakopane

The apartment is spacious enough for 2 couples or a family. Easy walking distance to the centre, shops, restaurants, nightclubs, aquapark, and some other attractions. We had the breakfast included, which was great, although possibly not to everyone's taste. The apartment was very clean, and they provided all essential utilities, including vacuum, iron & ironing board, and even a washing machine, which we found very useful, and couple mean taking less clothes. Although I had previously read some people having issues, when we arrived, we found our shower drainage was blocked. However, we reported it, and the maintenance guy fixed it later that day, so overall it wasn't an issue.

One thing to highlight is that the location is opposite the main fire station. Although it didn't really affect our stay, it is worth noting, as one bedroom is at the front, opposite the station. The only other thing is regarding the pool, sauna, etc; yes, the facilities were great, and we did get to enjoy them. However, I would highlight it isn't big, and you'll find later in the evening, say from around 5pm, it is usually packed. The only area that wasn't was the steam room, which we enjoyed.

Can’t recommend for young people who want to spend time with friends or take a rest in spa

Clean, comfortable location, breakfast was great, nice staff

Check in at 4 pm and too early check out at 10:30 am. If want to visit spa and pool be ready for full kindergarten. Very noisy and children are everywhere and no one is controlling that. Pool is very small and uncomfortable, 3 person can swim on max. Also, no shampoo and soap in bathroom

Központi elhelyezkedés. Nagyon modern, jól felszerelt, ízlésesen berendezett gyönyörű apartmanok. Reggeli bőséges, és finom. Személyzet aranyos volt. Parkolás is rendben volt,a parkolóházból az apartmanokba és a wellnessbe történő feljutás ötletes.

Nem volt ilyen.

Ogólnie caly pobyt oceniamy bardzo pozytywnie !

Apartament Oaza bardzo przestronny, dużo miejsca. Każda sypialnia miala swój balkon. Pojemne szafki i komody do przechowywania. Byliśmy w 6 osób i bylo nam bardzo wygodnie. Śniadania pyszne i duże porcje. Panie z recepcji też bardzo sympatyczne :)

Mały minus za brak wycieraczki czy ociekacza na buty - po zimowych wędrówkach to by była przydatna rzecz.

Відпочинок був зіпсований із-за великої кількості клопів в номері. Ці укуси по всьому тілі страшенно свербіли, спричиняли сильний дискомфорт. Персонал готелю перевів нас до іншого номеру, який був набагато менший і нижчий рівнем. Нам запропонували компенсацію, але насправді вони просто зробили перерахунок, бо різниця між апартаментами була суттєва. Але і в цьому номері ми були покусані. Довелось дезінфікувати всі речі, а потім ще кілька днів прати і сушити їх. Всі ці дні ми пробули в готелі і не мали навіть можливості вийти. Це був найжахливіший відпочинок, який тільки можна собі уявити, ще й за свої гроші. Номер, в який нас перевели був ну дуже маленький, матрас на ліжку був продавлений; wi-fi жахливий: погана якість і постійно пропадає; погана якість фільмів при підключенні до телевізора; дуже погана шумоізоляція, було чутно все що діється в сусідньому номері; шухляди зламані, не завадило б витирати пил.

Very spacious apartment with helpful staff.

The room was spacious and there was a high chair and cot as requested. The staff were very kind.

The TV only had Polish channels and there was no option for Netflix or Prime. Furthermore, the rules were not followed by others in the swimming area but they were not challenged by the staff on duty.

The place is situated in a great location, a walking distance to two Żabka's (grocery stores opened 23/7) on one hand and Biedronka on the other. The apartment was spacious, bright, and well furnished. It had two wonderful balconies with sofas. The view onto the stream running next to the building was amazing. There was a well equipped kitchen, with a stove, a dishwasher, a fridge, and dishes, a cattle, and two types of coffee machines. There was a washing machine in the bathroom. Great place for staying with kids. The spa is in the separate building (small pool, 1.2m deep, with an area for little ones, a jacuzzi, and 2 types of saunas). It was a great place to relax after long days of mountains exploration.

The apartments are quite spacious and clean. There is a lot of space and you feel at home. There are a lot of dishes and various appliances. I liked that the hotel is located a few minutes from the center. The service staff is quite friendly.

Acceptable for short stays

Location of the residence is OK - close to the centre and groceries. And if you choose the right apartment, your stay can be great.

For us this stay was a bit disappointing, BUT honestly - the real value of your stay depends on the apartment you choose. We were not very lucky with our choice, even if the pictures looked nice. It seems that this complex was built by a developer and flats were bought by individual owners. Our flat owner did not buy a parking place in the underground area or within the complex, we parked outside in the neighbouring house for free. That was not a tragedy, but it would not be very convenient if it snowed heavily or if we had skiing equipment. However, we were notified about this fact after booking and we were offered free cancellation if we do not like this option, which was good. Regarding the apartment itself - even though the furniture and equipment looked new and modern in the pictures, they were quite damaged - broken coat holders torn from the wall and barely hanging, broken chairs, dirty and creaking sofa (bad to sleep on as you wake up in pain plus everone hears when you move at night), dirty bedroom carpet, damaged doors or functional wardrobes but with damaged edges, etc. As we paid a deposit of almost 120 euro at the check-in, we immediately reported these things to avoid any misunderstandings. We paid for three people, but had only two beds ready, for the sofa bed we had to look for the sheets, linen, duvet, pillowcases and pillows and prepare them ourselves. We also missed kitchen towels and there was no toilet paper when we came - luckily, we stopped cleaning ladies in the hall and asked them for some rolls. While booking our stay, we planned to go to the wellness area, but we changed our minds when we saw from the outside that in the afternoons there were more people in the pools than water and when the pool was empty, the water was milky. I do not think we are demanding guests, but all these minor things contributed to our disappointment. If we ever come back again, we would definitely choose a diferent apartment and hope it will be better.

Ok appartment, extremely small spa and unpleasant staff

1. location was good, in the city center. but if you want mountains view, then its not it. 2. there were kettle, hair drier in the apartment, design was nice. 3. reserved parking for the flat in the price, one car per flat. note: the stove is induction. i had my mocca with me but it did not work on induction stove. so smth to keep in mind

The staff at the reception weren’t the nicest. 2. we did not feel welcome at all. they “greet” you with a 500zl deposit (booking warns about it, and it was returned without problems, but still) so we immediately felt their “trust”. we booked so many apartments in our life and it’s the first time this happened. also first time when apartment has no coffee, sugar, tea, toilet paper. its EMPTY, you have to buy everything yourself. no toiletries either. The receptionist rudely reminded us “its an apartment, not a hotel, you buy staff yourself”. i suspect they do not clean rooms either (they did not in 2 days we were there. not a problem for 2 days, but definetly a problem if stayed longer). 3. if you think to take it bcs it has spa, DO NOT TAKE IT. pool was 2 meters long and packed full. forget about swimming, you’re lucky if you fit there. I managed to squeeze into jacuzzi but ran away after some creep started gliding his legs against my legs. sauna was ok as people do that sit there long. you cannot lock your things for safety as fir some stupid reason, lockers are without keys. totally disappointing

Few good qualities, wouldn’t visit again

-nice style apartments - location - easy check out - designated parking spot

- swimming pool facilities were like zoo. there was no space to entry the pool at all, way too many people at all time (opening times 2-9pm) - breakfast- typical “catering type” delivered to your door in the morning. there was no variety and food didn’t seem to be very fresh (same mix of veggies 3 times in the row). - people taking your parking spot and reception stuff not bothering about it - we complained about broken sink and weird smell from shower for 3 days. we got visit from plumber once what didn’t sort the problem at all
