Decent but overpriced

The location is convenient. Close to the not perfect, but nice beach (beach shoes are required) . Near to the Nea Kallikratia. Small shop with everything you need. Several taverns from which you can also order takeaway. The appliances in the property are full range and work perfectly. Only a toaster and a vacuum cleaner is missing.

There is a problem with cleanliness. A lot of sand and dust is brought in from outside. There is no а vacuum cleaner to clean it with, and in a day or two it is everywhere, including the beds. Regular cleaning every few days is formal and does not solve the problem. It gets too crowded when both properties are occupied. The garden is shared, but is convenient for use only by those living on the ground floor. There are a lot of cars in the yard and it becomes difficult to use them. Lots of mosquitoes at night. Be prepared with repellents!

Its very good location Quite area Perfect balcony Beds are comfortable

Everything looks better in this photos We stayed at first flor There is 3 separate rooms and only ONE aircon in whole flor and in rooms only fan so this is very bad! Kitchen was not clean and its very old,glasses were very dirty First room has broken toilet seat and the bathroom is very old Its just ok,far away from LUXURY RESORT

Relaxing

The property was close to the beach and it has a nice yard with a couple of trees where you can hide from the midday sun. The kitchen had everything you need. You can find a couple of restaurants on the beach so you don’t have to go by car.

We have booked the ground floor and if there is another booking for the 1st floor you got to bargain with them how to get the cars out of the alley. The double bed room has the windows facing inside the garage, no natural light, a bit of weird smell, so you have to keep it closed.

We had an amazing vacation at Ktima Anatoli, beach was a minute away, there are restaurants near the nouse, if you decide to have a night in there are BBQs available. Kostas has been a great host! Definitely recommend and will return as soon as possible!

2nd floor is better equipped than the 1st floor.

The house is big and comfortable. The rooms were clean, with big bathrooms in each one.The kitchen was perfect furnished. The house has a big terracce and barbecue in the yard. The beach around is also good, the place around is best for relaxing. The host is very kind, we were in touch all the time., he answered very quickly. We have beautiful summer vacation! Thank you! 🤗
