The first day of my stay was disappointing, as the room allocated to me was not clean. However, after the intervention of the manager, Mr. Kamau, the issue was promptly resolved. The beach experience was wonderful, and the breakfast was excellent.
The Wi-Fi needs improvement, and customers should be treated properly from the very first interaction. Unfortunately, I felt discriminated against on my first day.
