Location and staff
Television has no English channels or Netflix etc which is not good when the weather gets hot

The location is very good, close to the beach and a lot of restaurants and massage parlours around in walking distance. The staff is super friendly and very nice. The pool on the rooftop is OK, the view from there is amazing. The WiFi quality is very good 👍
It is located on the busy street, so sometimes it is noisy from outside. The breakfast menu is a bit static, but the staff there is very accommodating and attentive 👍

The staff was always ready to help. If you want a beach vacation, this hotel is in great location, just a short walk (2-3 minutes) to the beach. The room was ok for the price and the location. City and main attractions reachable 15-20 minutes by car (Grab).

Location is great and rooms are large with comfortable bed.
The outdoor seating area is uncomfortable with just bench seats and no fans
The swimming pool is in the next building.
The breakfast is terrible and nothing like advertised.
There was no chair in my room until I asked.
The room gets very hot and takes a long time for air conditioner to book down.
No towel rail or place to hang damp things.
Two very small bottles of water only in room.
Wi Fi is unstable.
The time room is cleaned changes every day.
Hotel is good but all these things combined are annoying.
