Excelente lugar ! Todo limpio y ordenado
El agua de la ducha duraba muy poco caliente. Alcanzaba solo para una persona y había que esperar a que estuviera caliente nuevamente para ducharte la próxima persona (habitación de pareja)

El lugar está muy bien acomodado y es bastante acogedor. Se ecuentra ubicado cerca de "la diagonal" de concepción, por lo que está cerca de un mall, supermercados, y varios restobars donde se puede ir. También está cerca la universidad de concepción, que un paseo por ahí siempre es bienvenido. En cuanto al lugar como tal. Muy cómodo. Quizas el baño es un poco compacto si eres una persona más alta, pero no debería ser mayor problemas. Cueta con un balcón si quieres fumar, o tomarte algo tranquilo por la noche mirando para afuera.

Comfortable bed, coffee offered by the landlady, super convinient location. The landlady waited for us until late night to welcome us in the property. Promt availability to requests. Worth for the price.
We have been asked to pay in cash without notice. That took us time for the withdrawal. Hopefully for the future guests that happened just for unfortunate circumstances.
In addition, it seemed there were no blinds on the only window on the cealing.
