Wow...this was the cleanest hotel I've stayed at by far in Paris. Tastefully decorated and absolutely perfectly clean and tidy room and shower. I genuinely was so impressed. The hotel is in an exceptionally central location. I would definitely stay here again. Superb access to metro and loads of fabulous restaurants to pick and choose from. A tad bit longer to get to from Gare du Nord, but definitely worth it. I highly recommend this hotel.
There was a strange light behind the TV which kept flashing all night. I never worked out what it was. But it disrupted my sleep a bit on both nights. If you're on the lower floors, the street noise and light may be a little bothersome.

Staff was not friendly at all was in first floor, almost in the road with the traffic noise and vibrations over the night
