The location in South Pattaya is great, not least because South Pattaya really seems to be exploding with new restaurants, clubs, and construction. The hotel is on a main road, so very easy for taxi services to find (the room was quiet, however). Staff is efficient.
The room is not large, but is divided into bedroom, kitchen, bathroom. The decor is clean and modern. Aircon good, hot water excellent, wifi good, bedding good but mattress a little soft. There is a fridge and a coffee machine. A reading lamp by the bed is a nice touch. Walls are not thin. There are also an on-site convenience store and a laundry.
The building has really good security: I accidentally failed to latch my door completely when going out, and when I came back some hours later, everything was still there (including computer and camera).
There were barely enough plugs: Laptop, camera, tablet, phone = 4, and I had to scatter my charging operations over bedroom and kitchen.

Very clean room, comfortable bed, and great value-for-money breakfast.
The advertisement states that parking is available on campus, which is technically true. However, the parking is not very convenient, especially if you have luggage. There are two parking areas: one located behind the hotel, which fills up quickly, and a second parking area approximately 150 meters away. In either case, be prepared to roll your luggage over gravel and walk around 100 meters to reach the hotel reception. This may be inconvenient for guests with heavy bags or limited mobility.
