photos show that the room is bigger..bed is not in good condition..dirty ..sofa is broken

the staff were fantastic

don’t expect to sleep before 4am with the nightclub at the end of the condo complex. fitness centre has very limited equipment, which some pieces also were out of order, and very low free weights. bed was solid. if you are fatter than super thin don’t expect to get into the bathroom without stepping into the shower to close the door. sofa was very well worn and out of shape.

Overall experience was very disappointing.

Firstly, the pictures are scams. Don't believe in the pictures, they're way too greatly photoshopped. Secondly and most critically, you won't be able to sleep until 3am when the really loud music outside ends. If I knew these I never booked this hotel. The hotel lobby smells bad too like a never cleaned bathroom. Not recommended at all!

Day time staff were much better at helping than the night staff. Good location and comfortable bed

I had a problem with the lock on my door and the alarm for my room kept going off. This was at 1am I called reception who were no help I eventually had to go down to reception and I was told that they had no maintenance working and nothing they could do. I insisted that they were going to do something, eventually a member of staff had a look at the door and fixed it

Staff behavior not so good specially Man staff in the reception. All others facilities are ok.

The price for booking is too expensive when compare with quality of this property.

A bit to far from the beach

The rooms were quite comfortable and offered enough space for 3 adults. The staff was friendly. The appartments were not too far from the beach. Overall we have nothing to complain and will come back again for another visit in Pattaya.

Swimming pool was not very clean - I got red eyes from whatever (maybe to much chlorine inside). Infront of the building some workers painted the surrounding all the time and the smell of the oil-color wasn't good at all.
